A Message from Our CEO

I have been blessed with the good fortune and high honor to preside over the growth of Global Electronic Technology (GET) from its inception to its current status as a world leader in transaction processing. Over the years, many things have changed and some things have remained the same. If you are a potential merchant , new corporate partner, ISO or Bank considering the possibility of doing business with us, it might be of interest to know something about what’s new and what isn’t—at least insofar as they might influence your decision and ultimately your bottom line.

Integrity and efficiency (in that order) have been, still are, and always will be our goals—at least so long as I and the members of our team have any say in the matter. Those are the constants.

But goals are one thing. The ability to deliver, alas, is something else. To me, the most gratifying consequence of our phenomenal growth is our capacity to deliver, and it is no coincidence that it is precisely this developed capacity that most appeals to our business partners. In the efficiency department, it means we can deliver more quickly than ever…perhaps more quickly than anybody else in the business. 24-hour turnaround is routine, but what if you sometimes need one-hour turnaround? It might be less of a problem than you think.

What does it mean to deliver on integrity? It may sound nebulous, but to us—and to our partners—it has real meaning, and the practical effects are tangible. For one thing, it means we have the resources and clout to back you up and to stand behind our commitments. It means we’re solid and reliable. Even the simple fact that we will be here tomorrow should not be taken lightly. Transaction processors, as you are probably aware, tend to be evanescent, and well-known banks get swallowed up daily.
